Business Continuity Plan

Woodmen Financial Services, Inc.

Woodmen Financial Services, Inc. (“WFS”) has a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) in place to prepare for the possibility of a future significant business disruption (“SBD”). The timing and impact of disruptions are unpredictable and will require WFS to respond to actual events as they occur. Our efforts are to ensure that impact to our members is minimized in the event of a business interruption.

WFS’s business continuity plan strategies provide information on continuity of operations during a variety of interruptions types including for example if the building is inaccessible, technology damage, power outage or a natural disaster.

In the event of a firm only disruption, WFS has a functional offsite facility locally providing an alternative location from which we can reasonably operate under such an SBD. This facility contains duplicate equipment and telecommunications services, and space for staff to perform critical business functions. WFS’s BCP is subject to modification. This plan and any updates will be promptly posted to our website at www.woodmenlife.org. Customers may alternatively obtain updated summaries by requesting a written copy by mail to the following address:
