Business Technology
Business Technology implements and manages technology for the entire organization. This includes tools for Sales Representatives, certificate management systems, and systems that help our Home Office associates do their work every day. Nearly every aspect of WoodmenLife’s operations involves access to technology, and our BT associates work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Business Technology prioritizes staying on top of technology advancements and how these can be leveraged as WoodmenLife continues to move into the future.
Operations Support
Operations Support helps all WoodmenLife departments by coordinating requirements, testing and training for large initiatives and other projects. They support system-related questions for Core Operations, auditing and information management, and day-to-day platform support. Operations Support associates strive to provide leadership, best practices, research, support, and training for their customers.
Project Management
The Project Management team helps plan and select projects, prioritize the order and timing of these projects, and help implement efforts by outlining clear goals and deadlines. They help project teams successfully accomplish the tasks that will move WoodmenLife forward.
