Wilbur Jenkins serves WoodmenLife as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. As an Executive Officer, he leads Core Operations, Human Resources, and Strategic Initiatives. Jenkins joined WoodmenLife in 2023 and is a member of Chapter 16 in Omaha, NE.

He previously served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for WoodmenLife.

Before joining WoodmenLife, Jenkins had been Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Transformation with Argo Group and Vice President of Countrywide Operations for Hartford Financial Services Group.

He graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science and from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Business Administration. Jenkins also holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School and a Business Management Certificate from Babson College.

His volunteer activities include work with Assault on Illiteracy, Junior Achievement, Meals on Wheels, Rescue Mission Homeless Shelter, and Food Bank for the Heartland.

In his spare time, Jenkins enjoys reading, running, and walking. Jenkins has two children and three grandchildren.
