Daryl J. Doise was elected to the National Board of Directors of WoodmenLife in 2012. He currently serves on the Compensation Committee and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Doise served as the Lead Independent Director from 2018 until 2022. He is currently a member of both Chapter 238 in Lafayette, LA, and Chapter 447 in McKinney/Allen, TX.

Doise was raised in a WoodmenLife household, the son of former State Manager Elery Doise.

He has worked his entire career in the healthcare field and is currently the Chief Development Officer of Oceans Healthcare, Inc., based in Plano, TX.

Doise graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. He then earned his MBA degree and graduated with honors from Tulane University. In 2008, Doise received his designation as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and retains that designation today.

His past community service includes serving as a board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana; as a board member and Chairman of the St. Landry Parish Chamber of Commerce; and as a board member and Treasurer of the Louisiana Hospital Association.

Doise enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and exercising. He and his wife, Anne, have four children and two grandchildren.
